jewellery. RAJAT GANGA policy for shipping are ensure transparency and customer
satisfaction, with all require Secure Parameter.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: Our order processing time
will be depend on product category, As normal Order are process for
shipping within 2-3 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or
public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customized /Personalised
& Crafted Products / items may be taken 15 +working days for
processing.

comes with a Product certificate & authenticity, with product
handling & care guide, Glorious Packaging making it perfect for Gifting.
6. Handling Care
We ensure
all items are process with Quality Check. In Case of Damage during transit,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, As we already mention receiving
/ Delivery instructions on our packaging “MAKE A FULL VIDEO WHILE OPENNING THE
PARCEL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN/EXHANGE OR MISSING PRODUCT CLAIM WITHOUT
THE VEDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THE PRODUCT TO SUPPORT THE CLAIM”.
7. Missing /Mismatch Product /Parcle
In the
unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel /mismatch / missing product,
Rajat Ganga Jewels Studio would request you to reach out to our customer
support team for assistance within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We
will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process
the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of
tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all
such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
8. Delays or Lost Packages
If your

with your order number. We will coordinate with the shipping service provider
to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Policy

Rajat
Ganga Jewels Studio offers a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn
items. However, please note that the 7-day return does not apply to Customized
/Personalised & Crafted Products Engraved , coins, utensils, and God idols ,other
than in cases of defective/spurious products. Items must be unused,
unworn, and in original condition. Must be returned as per
instruction printed on our packaging bag
(“MAKE A
FULL VIDEO WHILE OPENNING THE PARCEL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN/EXHANGE OR
MISSING PRODUCT CLAIM WITHOUT THE VEDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THE PRODUCT TO

the original packaging, invoice, and authenticity

Rajat Ganga Jewels Studio reserves the right
to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case you have
purchased a Rajat Ganga Jewels Studio product from anywhere other than the
Rajat Ganga Jewels Studio Website, the return policies of your source of
purchase shall apply. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of
placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
· In case of missing items in
return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple
products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company
has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP price of the missing
product from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be process after
the products receive in our warehouse and Rajat Ganga Jewels Quality
Check team confirm the product specification are same as per the order.
- Rajat
Ganga Jewels Studio also required a 360 degree video of the time of parcel
unboxing as per direction shown on parcel(“MAKE A FULL VIDEO WHILE
OPENNING THE PARCEL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN/EXHANGE OR MISSING
PRODUCT CLAIM WITHOUT THE VEDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THE PRODUCT TO
SUPPORT THE CLAIM”).
Replacement & Exchange

No, We are not accept any
Replacement or Exchange as per our policy
- Return Process: You can initiate a return
request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our
Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once
you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for
the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery
partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the
calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse
pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated
again, and the overall timeline will increase.
- Further, please note that
while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases,
some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse
serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product
via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and reimburse all
reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 65) incurred by you for processing
such returns.
- In case the charges exceed
Rs. 65, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in
excess of Rs. 65 will be adjusted against the customer's refund. In case
of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning
the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.65
- towards shipping charges with their
refund.
- In the unlikely event that
Rajat Ganga Jewels have receive an empty parcel or a missing product in
parcel, We are require a 360 degree packaging video for the product (That
you have Order / Receive) at the time of return process you have
initiate. The same shall be match with the video as per our instruction
printed on the product/unpacking/at the time of opening of the
parcel (“MAKE A FULL VIDEO WHILE
OPENNING THE PARCEL, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN/EXHANGE OR MISSING
PRODUCT CLAIM WITHOUT THE VEDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THE PRODUCT TO SUPPORT
